Exterior Fix Up and Repainting.

Starting this exterior fix tomorow. It needs to be done in one week! I think I can handle that! There are a few areas of concern that will take some extra TLC and prep work before I can paint but that is why they called me!

Here it is after 2 days of careful scraping.

Very important to get all of the dead paint off the bottom of the shingles.

Went around several times with a hepa filter shop vac to pick up any stray paint chips.  Filled in a bunch of holes and repaired some of the splintered facia boards with woodfiller. Nailed down all the loose shingles. Recaulked around the windows and doors. All windows and doors masked off and the place is ready for some primer.

Here is some primer going on the bare spots, wood repairs and stains.

This is the trim color.

Two days of painting the base color "Historic Cream."
